What's this blended lark then ?

Well, we appreciate that whilst a lot can be done to cut out travel and reduce the emissions that are caused by face-to-face training, there is still a huge role for it to play in organisational development. We advocate a "blended" approach; that is using face-to-face training only where it is absolutely adding value to the process and then using online training for anything else.

And any Carbon emissions left over will be offset in projects abroad, where they will have the most environmental impact.
